Orders & delivery
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within one working day from Kollam. Most orders arrive in 2–4 days in Kerala and 4–7 days elsewhere in India. Enter your PIN code on any product page for an estimate.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, on most PIN codes, for orders up to ₹5,000. A small COD fee applies.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email and SMS once your order ships. You can also log in to your account with your phone number to see live tracking.

Where do your cashews come from?
Every cashew is shelled, graded and roasted at Chandra Cashew, our own processing unit in Kollam, Kerala.
How long do the nuts stay fresh?
Each pack has a pack date and best-before date. Once opened, reseal the pouch (or close the tin) and finish within about three weeks for the best crunch.
Are the pouches resealable?
Yes. Every pouch has a zip seal and a clear window so you can see exactly what's inside.
Can I refill the tin?
That's the idea. Keep your Nutorious tin and top it up with any 250 g or 500 g pouch.
Are your products vegan / gluten-free?

Do you do bulk or corporate orders?
Yes — with your logo on the sleeve and a printed note inside, shipped to one address or many, with an invoice for your accounts. Tell us about it on the Gifting page.
Returns
What if my order arrives damaged?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. See our Refund & Returns policy for details.
